A routine the product fits into and a creator who will report back. The person reading your pitch wants to see a feed with mornings, workouts, meals or sleep in it, and a creator who talks about how they feel without making medical claims. Say what you take, what you would swap, and promise a 30-day check-in.

Be careful with claims. Brands get nervous about creators who promise results; "I'll share how I feel after a month" lands better than "this will fix your gut".

How to pitch a supplement brand

Name the product, say where it fits in your day, link one routine post, describe the content and timeline, add your handle.
