Clothing brands gift and pay small creators all the time, usually through a seeding list run by one or two people on the marketing team. PUMA has 2 people who handle PR, gifting and influencer marketing, listed above. Those are the people who decide what goes out.

How to get on PUMA's PR list

1. Follow PUMA on social and post with their product if you already own it. Brands check your feed before they reply.
2. Pick one person above and reveal their email. Skip the info@ inbox; PR requests sent there usually die in a queue.
